I felt I needed to email you and congratulate you and your staff for your speedy and attentive service that you provided me in the past.

I live in Connecticut and bought an investment property in Riverside 2 years ago and were recommended to you by my rental agent at the time, Lui Property Management. Being so far away, I needed someone to rely on to take care of any problems that might arise. On a few occasions, and most recently yesterday I have had to call upon your services to fix a/c problems at the property.
I received a call yesterday morning from my tenant advising me that he and his family were having respiratory problems when inside the house, I told him I would contact Simpson Mechanical immediately and have them take a look.

I spoke with Jennifer, who, as always was very helpful and courteous, and explained my situation and she transferred me to Randy. He took the time to look at the previous repairs and dispatched a technician the same day. I have to say I was impressed, it's a shame to say it but service like that is hard to find these days, and you and your staff should be commended for that.
Again, it is a relief to me that I can rely on your services and trust that you are taking good care of things in my absence.
