Upon placing a service call, they were immediately responsive. Our technician Larry was prompt, knowledgeable, and curteous. He not only fixed our problem, but also checked the entire system to make sure everything else was functioning properly. He went above and beyond our expectations and even showed us ways to keep the system running smoothly and efficienlyt. It is very refreshing to have someone explain the workings of your system and what I can do to keep it maintained. Thanks to Larry for exceptional service, and thanks to Simpson Air for taking care of their customers!
