COVID-19 Update
Simpson Air takes the health and safety of our customers and employees seriously. We are staying connected and up to date with the guidelines and safety tips from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). If an employee has been exposed to COVID-19 or is experiencing symptoms we will require them to go home and seek medical attention.
In addition, our service technicians continue to practice safe habits by wiping down tablets and tools and maintaining social distancing. They are equipped with gloves and masks.
At this time we will continue to remain open to provide our customers continued service. We ask if you are under quarantine or sick with symptoms, please let us know prior to scheduling service. We know this is a difficult time but we are working hard to ensure you are cooling and comfortable while keeping our technicians and employees safe and healthy.
