Our HVAC Maintenance Programs
We offer the following programs so you can choose which plan best fits your needs. No matter the plan you select, your investment with Simpson is a great value because of the services included in our plans. We look forward to making your home the coolest on the block!
Cool
Inspection & Evaluation - $59/System
This is a required program for all new maintenance customers. We will inspect and recommend what service and repairs are required to bring the system back to full capacity and operating efficiency.
- Evaluate system performance
- Evaluate system condition
- Evaluate system safety, including shut off switch
- Record system model and serial numbers – possible warranty coverage
- Get photo of systems for documentation
- Discuss which plan best fits your needs
Cooler
Maintenance Plan - Start at $179/System - $129 each additional system
- Full service cleaning includes cleaning of evaporator and condenser coils, flush and treat drain line and pan, check capacitors, contactors, motors, blower housing, refrigerant pressures, safety controls, system voltage and amperages
- 15% off repairs while agreement is active
- No overtime charges for after-hours calls or weekends calls while agreement is active*
If a Cooler Maintenance customer enrolls in our filter program, maintenance starts at $159/system, $129 each additional system.
Coolest
Maintenance Plan - Start at $289/System - $239 each additional system
All of the benefits in the cooler plan plus:
- Guaranteed clear drain line while agreement active
- Guaranteed same day service – priority status
- Complimentary (no charge) service calls, including after hours and weekends*
If Coolest maintenance customers enroll in our filter program, maintenance starts at $259/system, $239 additional system.
* Recommended mechanical services must have been completed.
Maintenance agreements do not cover repair cost or parts. These services are prorated at our 15% discount pricing.
